COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
- They do not take commitments for exclusive clauses.
- The payment must be made via PayPal account.
- The customer loses the right of publication if the material or the payment has not been sent within the deadlines stipulated by the reservation.
- Texts and illustrations of the listings can be rejected in the sole and unappeable judgment of the publisher.
- Advertising is published to The Advertiser’s full responsibility for trademarks, texts, and other content in the listing.
- The publication will be processed no later than 3 days after receipt of the material and payment by PayPal service.
- For the right of transparency to which the “Click Artist – Art Spettacoli” keeps all the names of the advertisers will be made public and visible through a special page excluding sensitive and personal data.
